Murphy came from West Wind Kennels. He was sort of an impulse puppy. I had been looking for a puppy to show and his pedigree included both Shane and Jason, who I have long admired. Plus I couldn't resist his markings as I've always been partial to lots of color on my Britts!

Murphy did well in the show ring and had several reserve wins to majors. The most memorable being to DCh/AFCh Hybrittin’s Southside Jonnie the day he finished his show championship. Murphy has qualified one time for his CD also in Danville, VA. We have also shown in UKC obedience and tried hunt tests. Murphy is retired and the oldest canine in residence.
